Boryung is a healthcare investment company founded in 1957 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Following the company’s mission to become an indispensable contributor to human health, we have expanded our business portfolio to the space healthcare industry.

Recognizing space as a new growth realm, we acknowledge the increasing number of individuals anticipated to embark on extended space missions, highlighting the importance of ensuring human survival in the hostile space environment. Care In Space

• Boryung's challenge to the future of 'Humans in Space' continues. Boryung keeps on its journey to Space.
• It has been a year since we declared the Care In Space (CIS) project launch and took the first step, considering the infinite value of Space, an unexplored area of humanity, and our role in it in the New Space era.
• The inaugural 'CIS Challenge' in 2022 was an opportunity to provide us confidence in challenges and a definite target for our direction and duties. The creative companies we met through this challenge and the top domestic and international Space experts who joined and supported us have become our valuable assets. On December 21, 2022, the CIS project reached a turning point as we secured the foundation (bridgehead) heading towards Space through a strategic investment in the U.S. Axiom Space, which is constructing the first private International Space Station (ISS).
• In 2023, we are now taking our second step.
• The CIS Challenge, which will continue this year, will be held under the theme of 'Humans In Space' on an expanded stage for a symposium that encompasses human activities in Space, Space healthcare, and the platform for the stage, along with global leaders in the New Space era such as Axiom Space. Through this, we will build a new CIS Initiative by finding essential technologies for human survival in Space,' securing the area leading research and development of new technologies and implementing preemptive investments in areas to support them.
