Lunar
Local production of propellants and consumables will make Lunar and Mars exploration sustainable. Lunar propellant supply is critical for the development of reuseable Lunar landers, robust surface transportation, and life support systems. Eta Space is leading the development of these advanced Lunar cryogenic systems.
Lunar Propellant Production Plant (LPPP)
Using only the lunar polar resources including water and sunlight, oxygen and hydrogen propellants can be produced, liquefied, and stored for use in reusable lunar lander systems. Eventually these propellants can be exported to cis-Lunar space for use in the sustainable exploration of the solar system.
Lunar Oxygen Station (LOS)
Eta Space is developing a liquid oxygen refueling capability that can be deployed anywhere on the lunar surface. The Lunar Oxygen Station will be used to convert Lunar regolith into liquid oxygen for propulsion and life support applications.
In Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU)
From residual scavenging to resource prospecting to cryogenic liquefaction, Eta Space is working to enable the next phase of space exploration.
