Litepulse is a space-based remote power company for Space. The company is building a meshed energy grid powered by the sun to provide the power industries need to expand into orbit and beyond. By providing more efficient power to satellites, space stations, and additive manufacturing in LEO, GEO, and cis-lunar space, Litepulse will help unlock Space’s immense value for humanity.

Orbit Fab, Inc., the Gas Station in SpaceTM company, and Litepulse, Inc., are pleased to announce the signing of a Bilateral Letter of Intent. Orbit Fab will provide RAFTI units and propellent for Litepulse’s power plants to improve maneuverability and extend mission lifetime. Litepulse will provide power to Orbit Fab in order to enable Orbit Fab to pursue in-situ resource utilization (ISRU). This agreement between Orbit Fab and Litepulse will help improve each company’s in-space capabilities and further increase humanity's ability to efficiently operate in space.

StarSpec Technologies, Inc., and Litepulse, Inc., are pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent. The transaction involves the integration and/or mutual collaboration between Litepulse’s mesh network and StarSpec ADCS InspireSAT sub-arcsecond ADCS products. StarSpec ADCS InspireSAT’s unique design and capabilities will enable the sub-arcsecond Low-Earth Orbit platform stability at a level suitable for Litepulse’s development.
